• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid WA Crowd Controllers Licence(s)
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate / Accreditation
• CROWD CONTROLLER DUTIES

As a professional customer service focused Crowd Controller, the duties you will be required to perform are (but not limited to) :

• Greet all guests on arrival
• Check guest's identification at the main door
• Operate "Scantek" Intelligent ID scanner technology(s)
• Monitor Crowd numbers entering / exiting venue
• Identify intoxicated persons inside the venue
• Liaise with Bar Management and Venue Management and Police as required
• Deescalate incidents inside the venue
• Escort intoxicated or aggressive patrons out of the venue
• Identify and report criminal activity
• Compile a report on any incident that occurs
• Identify and report on any hazards (OHS) in the venue
• Ensure all guests leave the venue safely
• Assist with venue lock-ups, closing of venue

Ongoing Part-Time hours : 08-16 per week

Shift / Service Requirements : 1700hrs to 0000hrs (Close), Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
