As their trusted recruitment partner, we are seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join a values-led team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and people-first strategies.

This pivotal role supports the continued growth of a highly regarded community services provider by aligning people initiatives with broader organisational goals. You'll work closely with leaders to drive meaningful culture, performance, and development outcomes.

About You

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring :

  • 3-5 years of experience in a People & Culture or generalist HR role
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A practical and solutions-focused mindset
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to obtain or currently hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Advising staff and leaders on internal policies and identifying areas for improvement
  • Contributing to organisational development, including workforce planning and structure design
  • Enhancing employee engagement, recognition, and retention strategies
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including graduate intake campaigns
  • Assisting with performance reviews, coaching initiatives, and capability development
  • Ensuring compliance and up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation
  • Preparing HR data insights and reports for leadership teams
  • Managing personnel documentation and general HR administration
