What does this role involve?
The role of Restaurant Supervisor focuses on the day to day running of the business. Including : Leading the front of house team, training the sales staff, and keeping the service standards high.
We are looking for a restaurant supervisor who leads by example with a positive attitude. Previous management experience is not required for someone who has been in the industry for at least 2 years at a similar venue. They possess strong leadership qualities and gain respect through hard work and example. They have great product and industry knowledge. A positive and clear communicator who makes their team feel valued and challenged.
