• to provide high-quality care and support to elderly individuals and people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their homes and community.

• Key Responsibilities
• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate manual handling techniques
• Administering medication as per care plans
• Supporting clients with complex care needs
• Assisting with meal preparation and special dietary requirements
• Helping clients with domestic tasks, including cleaning and laundry
• Providing social and emotional support to enhance client well-being
• Driving clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings
• Assisting with therapy and exercise programs as prescribed by Allied Health professionals
• Accurately documenting and reporting on client progress and care
• Requirements
• Experience in Aged Care or Disability Support (preferred but not mandatory)
• A compassionate and caring nature
• Current references
• Mobile phone
• Current driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (mandatory)
• NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
• Willingness to drive a modified vehicle (Essential for certain clients)
• Ability to participate in hydrotherapy sessions (Essential for certain clients)
• Shift Availability
• 24-hour shifts or flexible shifts of 8 AM to 8 PM / 8 PM to 8 AM
• Location : Greenville, Mandurah.
