This growth has created new roles within our Central Queensland team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientsProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety riskIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationProviding support to tenants and FacilitiesManaging contractors and deliveries through dock managementResponding to emergency situationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights / Days / Weekends)Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsPrevious experience in Corporate Real Estate Contracts (highly desirable)Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirableCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
