Seeking a self-motivated Residential Manager to oversee the operation of a fully accredited 90 bed home on the Sunshine Coast.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing residential services and sales within the home. You will be supported by a committed Executive team along with an enthusiastic on-site management team. Your decision making will be driven by providing person centred quality care with proven experience and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards. You will be committed to creating and maintaining a positive team culture, ability to provide support, direction and oversight on a day-to-day operation of services and strive for successful outcomes.
