Senior Recruitment Advisor at Herbert Smith Freehills KramerWe are seeking Solicitors to join our leading Band 1 and award-winning Dispute Resolution team based in Perth.

In this role you will predominantly work with Anika Sadler, a general litigator with experience dealing with complex disputes across a range of industries and with a focus on restructuring, turnaround and insolvency matters. We are a collaborative team so you will also work closely with other leading commercial disputes partners David John, Dan Dragovic, Liz Macknay and Ante Golem, as well as senior lawyers across the local, national and global group.

You will undertake a range of work that supports local, national and international clients on general commercial litigation including commercial and corporate disputes, contentious regulatory matters (investigations and disputes), class actions, internal investigations, inquiries as well as other complex and strategic disputes.

The role involves delivering outstanding client service, managing files, identifying issues, and proactively offering solutions. You will play an important role in projects to further develop business opportunities with existing and new clients. You will be a key member of a highly motivated and innovative team comprising front-line lawyers and members of our Digital Legal Delivery team, and you will also work with colleagues in our interstate and international offices.

We will provide you with extensive client exposure and opportunities to develop a network of relationships. You will benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working in a team of highly ambitious and collaborative fee-earners.

To be successful in this role, you will have : an unrestricted Australian or New Zealand practicing certificate;at least 2 years' legal experience in delivering technical advice on a range of commercial litigation matters from a leading top tier, national or international private practice; or an in-house environment;an excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset;a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team;an ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously;excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team;have a hunger to learn and develop, and be part of maintaining a market-leading practice.Please include a copy of your LLB, JD or LLM academic transcript(s), including in-progress Masters' transcripts with your application.
