Participates in activities designed to maintain or improve the quality of life of our clientsWorks with the multi-disciplinary team to implement and deliver appropriate therapy programs for clients under the direction and supervision of the Occupational TherapistAssists the Occupational Therapist in the provision of equipment and home modifications, including liaising with suppliers and clients and the review of home installationsCommunicates and collaborates professionally with internal and external peers, stakeholders and clientsClick here for a copy of the Position DescriptionWho we're looking forSomeone with :

Kilometre reimbursement is paid for any travel required, (your daily commute is not included).
