Social Media Specialist – Fashion Retail

Melbourne Northern Suburbs | Full-time | On-site (No WFH)

We're working with a leading Australian footwear brand that's on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Social Media Specialist to own and drive their men's division across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This is a rare opportunity to join a household name in fashion with strong brand equity and a growing online presence.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of the social media strategy and content delivery for the men's range. This includes everything from planning and scheduling content to running paid ads, community management and partnering with influencers. Reporting directly to the Directors, your ideas will be heard and there's room to grow with the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and manage the monthly content calendar

Create, schedule and publish engaging social content

Run Facebook and Instagram paid ads

Work with creatives and videographers to produce compelling visual assets

Collaborate with stylists and influencers for fresh, branded content

Monitor performance through Google Analytics and platform insights

Engage with online communities and respond to DMs / comments

Stay ahead of trends and contribute ideas for ongoing brand growth

What We're Looking For

2–3 years' experience in a similar social media role, ideally within fashion or lifestyle

Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Schedugram, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics

Confident copywriting, creative direction and community engagement skills

A team player who's easy-going, proactive and happy to be in the office full-time

Bonus points if you have photography or video editing experience
