Our client is an industry leading organization rated by their customers as a leading establishment in Western Australia.

  • The role

    • We are seeking an experienced

  • Data Integration Analyst
  • to assist with the implementation of a new CRM in Dynamics 365 which will include integration of data from their existing CRM and ERP systems.
  • Responsibilities include
  • Document the current state data model to support enterprise-grade integrations for a robust and reliable enterprise solution.
  • Produce High-Level Data Mappings, including source system discovery and the development of associated artifacts.
  • Develop Data Integration Contracts (One contract per Data Topic) covering high-level business requirements, data payload, detailed mappings from providers, transformation logic, integration pattern, frequency of delivery, and non-functionals (e.g., Security, Reliability, etc.).
  • Perform dataset profiling to identify any critical Data Quality Issues that require further review and remediation.
  • Key experience
  • Experience in modeling tools and techniques, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing standard modeling.
  • Expertise in Integration Platforms and Middleware, with knowledge of platforms such as Talend being preferred.
  • Desirable knowledge of Higher Education Data Models, specifically familiarity with data models related to higher education domains (SMS, ERP - preferably PeopleSoft, CRM).
  • Collaborative skills, including experience in working directly with architecture and development teams.
