Key Responsibilities :

• Define & Identify Project Scope : Collaborate with clients to understand and outline project requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deliverables.
• Project Scheduling : Develop and propose project schedules, ensuring alignment with the project brief.
• Design Process Participation : Work closely with design teams to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
• Technical Advisory : Provide technical advice during project design and development to mitigate risks.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation : Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Problem Solving & Execution : Build strong working relationships, solve problems efficiently, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Pre-Tender Review : Evaluate project specifications, schedules, cost-saving measures, and potential issues during the pre-tender stage.
• Timeline & Quality Management : Oversee project timelines, ensure adherence to quality standards, and regularly report on project status.
• Meeting Facilitation : Co-chair meetings with consultants and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Additional Duties : Undertake other roles and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
