Casual Educator – Busy Bees at Altona Meadows

Location : Altona Meadows, VIC

Centre Capacity : 114 places

Casual Hourly Rate : $33.53 – $41.30 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

About the Role :

As a Casual Educator, you’ll support the centre by covering shifts across all rooms and age groups. Whether it’s for planned leave or short-notice absences, your role will be essential in maintaining consistency and high-quality care throughout the day.

What You’ll Bring :

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)
• Flexibility to work between 6 : 30 AM and 6 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Strong communication and a collaborative attitude
• A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
