About The RoleAs Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead the strategic direction and delivery of technology and product at Cashrewards. You will work closely with the CEO, executives, board, and partners to drive innovation and business growth. Your responsibilities include overseeing product strategy and end-to-end technology delivery, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and customer-focused solutions.

The role also involves developing and empowering high-performing Technology and Product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance, and ensuring strong platform performance, cybersecurity, and IT governance across the business.

Your FocusStakeholder Management (Executives, Board, and Partners) : Collaborate with the CEO, executive leadership team, and the board to define and reimagine how technology can drive the business into the future.Leadership & Team Development : Lead the Technology and Product teams to deliver on our new vision and roadmap. Build secure, highly scalable mobile, web, data, martech, and corporate IT platforms. Foster a culture of collaboration, drive high performance, and encourage innovation.Product Strategy : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's objectives.Product Development : Ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget, focusing on user experience and customer satisfaction.Technology Delivery : Manage the technology budget, optimize costs, and oversee software delivery processes and DevOps practices. Lead teams that co-create with intelligent systems, integrating AI and organizational design expertise.Technology Operations : Manage platform performance, reliability, and cybersecurity. Maintain and enhance core business platform architecture to enable secure and efficient software delivery.Platform Performance Management : Balance the use of third-party systems and maintain relationships with providers.Cybersecurity & Risk Management : Implement policies and procedures to exceed legal and regulatory cybersecurity obligations, protecting customer and business data assets.Corporate IT : Oversee networks, infrastructure, and IT services for the team, partners, and contractors.About YouExperience managing and influencing senior stakeholders across all levels.Senior leadership experience in product and / or technology, preferably in a growth tech environment.Experience rolling out AI technologies to improve workflows.Strong technical acumen with leadership skills in technology and product teams.Ability to align strategies with business goals to drive revenue, customer value, and market differentiation.Financial savvy in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control.Proven ability to foster high-performance, collaborative cultures.Expertise in crafting and executing product strategies, setting roadmaps, and prioritizing impactful initiatives.Deep knowledge of software development, DevOps, and quality assurance practices.Experience in scalable architecture, infrastructure resilience, and managing high-performing platforms.Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk mitigation.Ability to manage risks related to data privacy and transaction security.A Little Bit About UsWe're Cashrewards—a shopping gateway to cashback deals from Australia's leading brands, backed by 1835i, a prominent venture fund.
