We have a fantastic opportunity for a

• Your responsibilities in your new position
• Lead
• the iterative development of user-centred design artefacts, such as personas, journey maps and service mapping / blueprints
• Design
• and facilitate workshops to iteratively develop strategic thinking and documents
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Work with stakeholders from multiple business areas to design policy that addresses user needs and meets business objectives
• Conduct
• usability testing and other service testing fieldwork with members of the public
• High level interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to develop and conduct research such as :
• Develop user research plan
• Develop discussion guides & recruitment plans
• Conduct user research interviews
• Advanced experience in human centred design, ideations, prototyping and testing of strategy and processes
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills
