Working from our office in Alexandria, this role reports to Celeste, our dynamic, fun, collaborative and supportive Customer Service Team Leader who has been leading teams for the past 18 years. Having been with National 360 for 4 years, Celeste has grown the Customer Service Team nationally, from a small, centralised team to having operations in nearly all Australian states. The team meet daily to connect and share information and to ensure that workload is balanced amongst all team members.
We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing customer service representatives on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our customer service representatives, which are :
