Key Responsibilities :
- Advanced Meraki support : Provide technical support for Meraki solutions, diagnosing and resolving network incidents across client environments.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support : Act as an escalation point for complex Meraki-related issues, offering expert guidance to junior engineers.
- Client engagement : Proactively engage with clients to maintain high satisfaction, ensuring clear communication on issue resolutions and network enhancements.
- Network optimization : Identify and implement improvements to client networks using Meraki’s features for enhanced performance and reliability.
