Physiotherapist Position - Private Practice

About Us

At Momentum we pride ourselves on providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients. Client care and personal experience differentiate us from others; we treat and manage a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, including complex chronic pain cases and sports-related injuries, utilising an evidence-based, biopsychosocial approach with a fully equipped gym and Clinical Pilates set up. We have an excellent relationship with local GPs and specialists. Momentum has a holistic approach. We see our clients through their physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities o Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions.

o Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

o Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

o Patient-first mentality, understand, show empathy and build a strong rapport with our patients.

o Comfortable in small business, nothing will be perfect, but we will do our best, just ask.

o Ability to deal with challenging situations with confidence and empathy

o Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills.

o True team player, working towards a common goal with positivity, agility and focus.

o Open to feedback and offer it in return, consistently and constructively.

o Empathetic, authentic, positive and want to make a difference to others.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).

Current registration with APHRA.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in specific areas such as sports or neurological conditions is a plus, but not required.
