  • Document Controller (M / F)
  • Key duties and responsibilities include
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and storage on shared platform
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
  • Formatting and Managing the preparation of documentation for project packages submission
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts and procedures
  • Distribute project-related copies and information to internal teams
  • Create templates for future use
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Qualifications and skills
  • Technical_

  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller for Large Civil Infrastructure Projects or similar role for at least 2 years
  • Familiar with the DE frameworks of Australian states
  • Familiar with TDNS (Technical Document Numbering System) for typical major Australian projects
  • Expertise in the use of Electronic Document Management Systems (Aconex, Projectwise, TeamBinder, InEight, and ACC platforms (Search, organize, upload, download, and deliver documents))
  • Familiar with MIDP and TIDP documents for BIM
  • Knowledgeable in ISO19650 for CDE management
  • Proficiency in managing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate version control and proper indexing in line with project-specific requirements
  • Expertise in coordinating document control activities and ensuring compliance with local and international standards, including the management of project schedules and deliverables
  • In-depth understanding of Australian regulatory requirements and best practices for document management in large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to support the efficient exchange and approval of project documentation
  • Ability to implement, monitor, and improve document management processes to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms
  • Proficient English Language skills
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel and associated Wizards and Macros
  • Proficient typing and editing skills

  • initial period of 6 months on a full time basis, followed by a 50% workload for another 3 months until December 2025.
