Procurement Specialist
This department is a statutory agency in the Defence portfolio that defends Australia against global threats and advances our national interests through the provision of foreign signals intelligence, cyber security and offensive cyber operations as directed by the Australian Government.
They require a Procurement Specialist to provide procurement services in the areas of labour hire, general services, ICT hardware and ICT software products.
Indicative duties include, but are not limited to :
preparation and review of procurement documents including : approval documents, requests for quote, evaluation reports, work orders and purchase ordersprovision of procurement and contract management advice and assistance to project and program teamsensuring the agency remains compliant with Commonwealth procurement policies and legislation, and agency procurement policiesdevelopment of team tools, guides and templates, where requiredmanaging assigned procurement activities and ensuring records are up to dateassisting to meet reporting obligations, where requiredKey knowledge, skills or experience areas include :
