Production Machine Operator / Forklift Operator

We are seeking a motivated, team oriented Machine Operator to engage with all facets involved in the safe and efficient manufacturing of aluminium products located South of the River.

To be successful for this position you will need to be physically fit, and able to work 12 hour rotating day and night shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.

Previous experience in manufacturing or production or automation or processing or beverage or packaging or food or hygiene or pharmaceutical or printing industry, desired.

• Main duties
• Operate machines & equipment on production line
• Identify faults and repair machines & equipment
• Operate quality measuring equipment
• Adhere to quality production and practices
• Adhere to safety and environmental focus
• Some forklift operation
• Skills and experience required
• High level of mechanical aptitude
• Practical skills with engineering trade tools
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem analysis
• Strong attention to detail
• An ethic of teamwork and team-building
• Forklift Driver's Licence desired
