Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

Create detailed technical drawings and 2D / 3D models using Rhino 6, AutoCAD, V-ray, Innoplus ( Professional 3D Bathroom Design Software - 3D photorealistic image) and Photoshop

Photoshop rendering post-production.

Innoplus : Professional 3D Bathroom Design Software - 3D photorealistic image

Works closely with the Technical Design Team and Creative Team to develop designs meeting design requirements and lifestyle images.

Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specification

Ensure precision and attention to detail in all drawings

Review and revise existing drawings as needed

Maintain organised project files and documentation

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Prepare plans, preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications

Interpreting plans, regulations, and codes of practice.

Preparing, editing, and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.

Qualifications and Requirement

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in Architectural Draftsperson.

At least 2-3 years proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson

Experience in the architectural drafting field.

Ability to work effectively under time constraints.

Strong personal organisation and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail, and must be able to work both solo, and in a team environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay : $73,150.00 - $74,000.00 per year

Schedule :

Monday to Friday
