In this fast-paced role you will undertake a range of IT duties working within procedures to provide timely level 2 technical support both remote and on-site, incident management and request fulfilment. You will work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Queensland Health's clients.

The ideal Technology Officer will demonstrate their ability to deliver high quality support to clients with an in-depth knowledge of end user computing, servers, networks and unified communications. ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes experience will be well regarded.
They will have the expertise to manage their own workload, prioritise work tasks and be able to identify and resolve ICT related work problems within defined service level agreements.
