You'll lead a large multidisciplinary team and act as the key interface between the head contractor, state government stakeholders, design consultants, and delivery partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle delivery of a complex hospital development, from pre-construction through to completion and commissioning Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, including direct interface with state government departments and health authorities Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and commercial requirements Drive high standards in safety, quality, and risk management Foster a strong team culture with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and accountability Oversee program performance, financial management, procurement, and major contract negotiations About YouProven experience delivering complex, large-scale health infrastructure projects (>
