About the RoleReporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the successful applicant will efficiently execute customer service processes for sales orders and customer enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring all contacts are left with a positive lasting customer service experience in line with our corporate values and strategic objectives.
Your DutiesComplete sales order processing and documentation in a timely, accurate and efficient manner with superior customer service.Communicate and coordinate with warehouses, carriers, team members, and logistics area to ensure orders are fulfilled, shipped and delivered on timeReview daily stock level together with anticipated stock dispatch and forward orders. Communicate with customers regarding any potential stock delays. Build relationships with suppliers and account managers, as needed..Accurate and timely review, reporting and processing of returns / damages within guidelines.Manage and maintain pricing, promotions, customer requests,Supporting Operations inclusive of Customer Service and Supply Chain for tasks as assigned.Skills and ExperiencePrevious Call Centre experience ideally in a product based environmentStrong MS office skillsComputer savvyHigh energyGood communication skillsHow to ApplyIf this sounds like you, click
