Health, Safety and Training - Business Analyst / Planner We're seeking a capable and driven Business Analyst / Planner to join our Health, Safety and Training team.

This onsite role plays a key part in aligning training delivery with operational plans while driving data quality, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities : Extract, validate and analyse health, safety and training data and to support daily, weekly and End of Month reporting processes. Build and maintain dashboards to support compliance, KPIs, and TNA progress visibility. Develop monthly and weekly training schedules aligned to the Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Integrate training into daily / weekly mine plans and liaise with Planning and Operations for resourcing. Coordinate and book internal / external training, ensuring resource availability and minimising clashes. Maintain training calendars and contribute to Operational Planning meetings with up-to-date training insights. Conduct training and safety data audits and support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For : Strong organisational, planning and analysis skills with an eye for detail. Proficient in data handling, reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.) A proactive communicator who can work across departments to deliver results. Who We Are
