Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma qualified professional? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to become a part of our family-owned business that has been providing exceptional care and education for children aged birth to 12 years since 1994. With over 350 passionate Educators across the Hunter, Maitland, Newcastle, and Port Stephens regions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our community.

We currently have a position available at our Waratah centre for a Diploma qualified educator.

Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities : Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or be working towards it, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification. Possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates. Demonstrate a passion for Early Years learning aligned with Tillys' values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusivity, and play-based learning. Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF is essential. Maintain high professional standards with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional Roles : Our centres also employ Daily Cleaners and Maintenance Teams dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for children's well-being and learning.
