About the role :
Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekersActively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employersClearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job readyCreate and deliver engaging group sessions aimed at getting your participants motivated and job readyProvide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforceAbout you :
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in case managementAbility to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployedYou are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solveExperience in facilitating group training and information sessionsAbility to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environmentDemonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targetsComputer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essentialWhat we offer :
