- The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Canberra, working within Chubb Fire & Security. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and tasks - where no two days are the same. Your enthusiasm, consideration, and ability to manage situations will be your key strengths.
- Responsibilities
- Actively address client queries in relation to all facets of administration, operations, and customer service, including client support, invoicing, accounts / billing and record keeping
- Administrative and operational support for Service, Install, Sales and Management Team
- Co-ordinate travel and accommodation for technicians
- Raising of purchase and sales orders for stock, medicals, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monthly collation of EH&S inspections, hazards, and branch lead indicators
- Assist with store and technician stock takes
- Performing support administration functions in a timely and efficient manner to meet the expectations of the business
- Experience and Knowledge Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role with strong focus on administration and customer service, both internal and external functions
- Previous in a fast paced, changing service delivery environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience working with an ERP System; Pronto is preferred
- Ability to collate and analyse data to support dispute resolution process with clients
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, a positive outlook and enjoys working as part of a team
- Ability to deal with a high level of confidentiality
- Eligibility to obtain a security government clearance to a minimum of Baseline level
