You will be the primary point of contact for managing, troubleshooting, and enhancing our internal business systems. You'll work closely with different teams across TPRC to ensure that all systems are operational, secure, and up-to-date. You'll also provide training, assistance, and advice to users.
You'll be responsible forSystem ManagementOverseeing the operation of our internal business systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. This includes managing updates and patches, system backups, and system configuration.TroubleshootingIdentifying, investigating, and resolving issues with the business systems, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.User SupportProviding guidance and training to system users, helping them make the most of the technology. Responding to user queries and issues, providing first-line support and escalating more complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors as needed.System EnhancementsWorking with users, business analysts, and developers to identify opportunities for system enhancements.DocumentationMaintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and standard operating procedures.Vendor ManagementCoordinating with software vendors and service providers to ensure that services are delivered according to contractual commitments and that systems stay current with the latest updates and enhancements.Compliance and SecurityMaking sure all systems are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies, particularly those related to data security and privacy.QualificationsAbout youYou'll bring proven experience in a similar role, such as IT Support, Systems Administrator, or Application Support Analyst.You're a great problem solver, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.You can manage your time efficiently, prioritising tasks and working under pressure.Familiarity with ITIL or other IT Service Management frameworks would be a plus.Additional Information
