  • Your new role
  • Reporting to the Manager, your responsibilities will be including, but not limited to :

    • Data entry and database management
    • Managing of website (WordPress)
    • Internal communications including social media
    • Managing inbox
    • General office duties as required including, but not limited to, booking board meetings, ordering supplies, tidying of office, filing, collecting mail, depositing cheques.
    • What you'll need to succeed
    • Xero or MYOB experience
    • WordPress experience preferred
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Canva and social media experience preferred or willingness to learn
    • Minimum of 5 years experience working in an accounts & administration role
    • The ability to work independently or as part of a small team
    • Open drivers licence and own vehicle preferred

    • Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

      Expected hours : 8 - 16 per week
