Your new roleReporting to the Manager, your responsibilities will be including, but not limited to :
- Data entry and database management
- Managing of website (WordPress)
- Internal communications including social media
- Managing inbox
- General office duties as required including, but not limited to, booking board meetings, ordering supplies, tidying of office, filing, collecting mail, depositing cheques.
- What you'll need to succeed
- Xero or MYOB experience
- WordPress experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Canva and social media experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in an accounts & administration role
- The ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Open drivers licence and own vehicle preferred
