Cluster Manager

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your stores.

Your Responsibilities include :

• Create a sale's driven culture within the store through daily coaching and team support.
• Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service.
• Ensure all KPI's are met.
• Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.
• Coach and mentor, your team to become high performers.
• Provide stock feedback and manage inventory.
• Work on a roster.
• Proactively use the online system to check stores KPIs, approve timesheets and assist with onboarding of staff, amongst other tasks.
