Job descriptionWhat do you do? Ensure all site work is conducted safely and without harm to yourself, those working with you or the general public. With your team, carry out prescribed works such as mowing, hedging, weeding, planting trees and plants, laying turf, mulching, timber edging, arboriculture, spraying, irrigation repairs / inspections and machinery operation. Ensure that all sites are maintained to the companies standards consistent with the contracted scope, completing all necessary company processes (including AroFlo) in a correct and timely manner Actively develop the skills, competency and knowledge of apprentices working with you, with an aim of maximizing their productivity and job satisfaction Build and maintain positive working relationships with all clients, sub-contractors and suppliers Ensure all interaction with the public demonstrates respect and courtesy and enhances the reputation of the company Provide support to the Landscape Team Leader as required for the effective running of the team What do you need? Completed a Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or Qualified in Horticulture can-do attitude & enthusiastic mindset Ability to interact with customers competently Determined to learn and improve skills A valid driver's license What's on offer?
