EL2 - Director, Development - external EOI
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of IT specialists
6 month opportunity with the possibility of an additional 6 months

As a key leader in the Branch and the organisation, as the Director, Development you will be responsible for :

Development process, procedures and documentation.

Transition to operations, resolving 3rd level production issues.

Leading program and project management functions.

Coordinating IT Division projects.

You will have extensive people, program and stakeholder management responsibilities.

You will have extensive experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of IT specialists. Their responsibilities include developing, coaching, performance management, change management, conflict resolution and the identification of development needs.

You will provide strategic direction relevant to :

Managing technology services.

Creating and maintaining policies and procedures.

Providing operational reports.

Developing NLA Exec papers and reports.

As an organisational leader, you will promote a healthy and safe workplace environment, model ethical behaviour and promote the APS Code of Conduct and APS Values.
