Have you recently graduated or completed your degree in the last two years?

We are looking for Graduates who are enthusiastic about becoming the future of PACCAR Australia. It's your passion, ideas and willingness to grow that helps us shape the future. We're looking for Graduates in our departments right across the business to commence in January 2025.

PACCAR Australia is a market leader specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of premium heavy commercial vehicles; Kenworth and DAF, related parts, leasing and financial services via an extensive dealer network throughout Australia.

Located in Bayswater, we are proud of our manufacturing facilities that has been building trucks for over 50 years.

• Our Graduate Program

Our program runs for 2 years with an opportunity for a third-year progression. It offers you two six-monthly rotations in the first year and one 12-month rotation in the second year in your chosen field. You will be involved with training opportunities and will be required to participate in a group assignment with outcomes presented to our Directors. This means you'll get hands-on, well-rounded experience before you move onto your career.

• Successful completion of university degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or graduated in the past two years
• Authorisation to work in Australia without restriction
