    • We're currently looking for an experienced and driven

    • Practice Manager
    • to lead our
    • Perth CBD
    • Clinic
    • on a full-time basis. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing daily operations while helping drive the ongoing success and growth of the clinic, with a strong focus on Occupational Health services.
    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, your duties will include :

    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure high standards of care and efficiency
    • Coordinating with medical practitioners and ensuring smooth clinical workflows
    • Overseeing financial aspects of the practice including budgeting, reporting, and IT systems
    • Leading, mentoring, and supporting administration and nursing staff
    • Ensuring exceptional customer service and communication with patients
    • Driving business development and community engagement initiatives
    • ABOUT YOU
    • We're looking for a confident leader with experience in a similar healthcare or medical environment—ideally within General Practice or Occupational Health. You will be a strong communicator, an effective team leader, and someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

    • To be successful in this role, you will have
    • Proven experience managing teams in a healthcare setting
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
    • A proactive and customer-focused approach
    • Good computer literacy; experience with medical software is desirable but not essential (training provided)
    • A current CPR Certificate and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain them (support available)
