The purpose of this role is to optimise group performance by ensuring performance targets, continuous improvement and organisational objectives are met while providing a high level of customer experience delivery to our stakeholders.
This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the teams. Oversee and deliver an efficient and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Ensure team achieves performance and KPI targets as part of the BU performance framework
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication and customer service - utilising the continuous improvement channels to plan and implement change
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs. Deliver individual and group learning and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve objectives at optimal cost.
- Ensure appropriate strategies are in place to maximise performance revenue.
ABOUT YOU
3 plus years experience within a leadership roleStrong understanding of the state Workers Compensation legislation and the associated regulations and guidelinesStrong understanding of Scheme contract requirements and performance measuresSound analytical skillsPeople management skills, including team building, coaching, performance management and change managementStrong experience managing and developing teams within a personal injury environmentSuccessful track record in achieving business objectivesWHAT WE OFFER
