They provide the full suite of business, property, and succession law services.

Their client base includes international, national, state based and local businesses / individuals.

Areas Of Experience, In Most / all Courts

• Must be admitted to practice law in Australia (and preferably in WA)
• Commercial litigation
• Property litigation
• Construction litigation
• Debt litigation (including finance)
• Desirable, but not necessary, experience :
• Debt Collection
• Asset structuring
• Finance and debt re-structuring
• Insolvency strategy / litigation
• Attributes / skills / experience level :
• Would suit minimum 7 year PAE (also happy to look at those with more)
• Strong technical legal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Affable
• Well presented
