As a trusted Advisor of the Talent Acquisition Team and a key member of the PC&W Advice & Services Team, you will be focused on the implementation and development of effective tools and methods, including online recruitment tools to assist Managers with effective and efficient recruitment.

The role would see you;Partnering with hiring managers to assess business needs, conducting job briefs and providing strategic TA adviceDrafting & writing best practice job advertisementsParticipating in panel interviewsTraining and guiding hiring managers through a self-managed recruitment processProviding advice on recruitment practices, legislative requirements and procedureStriving for Best-Practise recruitmentProviding exceptional customer serviceOverseeing the onboarding process assisted by the Recruitment Officer & administrative support teamYou will have the support of a high-performing PC&W team who are equally as passionate about delivering specialist advice, technical and management support to a dynamic organisation.
About YouSome key attributes for your success in this role include :
Ability to build effective working relationshipsEffective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated understanding of HR policies and practices in order to understand the linkages between Talent Acquisition and other HR practice areasSound knowledge and understanding of Legislation that governs recruitmentExperienceA minimum of 3 years' experience supporting and coordinating recruitment processes in a medium to large diverse organisationPrevious experience with online recruitment tools and advertising toolsDemonstrated experience preparing job advertisements and other recruitment processHR qualifications desired but not necessaryWhat's on offer?We are offering an attractive salary package
