  • What you'll be doing
  • Join a supportive team at Blacktown Hospital providing vital admin support to Allied Health services. Gain valuable experience with potential for permanency. Your responsibilities will also include :

  • Supporting patients, families, and carers with professionalism
  • Assisting allied health staff through timely data and systems
  • Coordinating appointments and manage patient waitlists
  • Delivering front-line reception and customer service
  • Contributing to efficient, person-centred care delivery

  • Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner
  • Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills working in a fast paced environment with competing demands
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients / customers and their families / carers
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with NSW Health CORE values and applied experience in maintaining client confidentiality
