  • Key Responsibilities
  • As the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at prioritising the health, safety, and wellbeing of personnel within the organisation. Your key duties include :

    • Designing and implementing health, safety, and wellbeing frameworks, policies, and processes.
    • Collaborating with leaders and team members to cultivate a psychologically safe and supportive workplace culture.
    • Monitoring industry trends and implementing proactive measures to enhance organisational health and safety practices.
    • Providing comprehensive injury / illness management and support services for team members.
    • Leading incident investigations and implementing preventive measures.
    • Facilitating health and safety committees and promoting relevant activities and programs.
    • Qualifications
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational health and safety, allied health, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Victorian Workers Compensation legislation.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing health, safety, and wellbeing strategies.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to interpret legislation, standards, and policies effectively.
