Your RoleAs the new Store Manager at Mosman you will build the store's strong sales performance in a competitive local market; inspire and motivate team members and ensure positive shopping experience for customers. For you to succeed in this role, you will have proven retail operations management skills and people leadership skills.

Your ResponsibilityLeading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteersEnsuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every timeEmbedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standardsMeeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the storeChampion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placementBuilding and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local communityRole-modelling a 'safety first' culture in storeUse the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.You Will NeedExperience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and / or high-volume retailStrong leadership skills; with good fashion senseStrong focus on customer experienceProven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coachingProven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.Apply NowIf this sounds like you,don't wait-apply now, we are interviewing as we receive applications.
