They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing and overseeing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting operations to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.

The annual salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.

Responsibilities include :

  • Prepare, review, and manage a range of contracts, including service agreements, subcontractor agreements, and contract variations.
  • Negotiate and evaluate contract terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure alignment with business and project objectives.
  • Resolve contract-related issues, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and support the smooth execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date records and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support leadership by identifying contract or project matters requiring escalation, and assist in implementing management decisions.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and report on progress, managing any deviations or changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant regulations by proactively identifying and addressing risks during contract execution.
  • Contribute to the tendering process by preparing the cost estimates, supporting documentation, and tender submissions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and implement efficient contract management practices.

Qualifications :

  • Should have three to four (3-4) years of experience in a similar setting.
  • Must hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Law, or a closely related field.
  • Competent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
