This is a pivotal role within Duratec subcontracting firm specialising in large-scale façade packages exceeding $10 million in value.Lead façade design development from concept to constructionCoordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teamsManage international procurement processes and supplier relationshipsOversee design documentation, compliance, and approvalsDrive value engineering and innovation in façade curtain wall and window wall solutionsLead technical role in support of project teams on design and construct projectsSupport in scoping, brief development and selection & engagement of technical consultants and key suppliers / fabricatorsAssist with development of complex installation and fabrication work packagesAssist with temporary works management related to access, installation equipment and material movementsTechnical reviews, risk and opportunity identification to client designKey Technical / Engineering liaison with client & client's designerAbout YouAlong with previous experience in a similar role within the construction and / or engineering sectors you will have an interest in business develop along with;Proven experience in façade high rise curtain wall and / or window wall design managementManaged multiple stakeholder and subcontractors on large-scale projectsPrior experience in international procurement and logisticsCommercial awareness with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and program requirementsExperience with Digital Engineering & BIMDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferredThe BenefitsRelocation assistance availableOngoing rewards & recognition programsAccess to everyday discounts from Australia's leading retailers with FlarePaid parental leaveEmployee referral programs up to $2000Salary sacrifice optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramNovated lease optionsFirst Aid and Mental First Aid Support OfficersPlease submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
