Reporting to the National Business Development Manager - Telecommunications, your new role will include, but is not limited to the following roles and responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to build a comprehensive and agreed channel development strategy, aligned to the overarching channel strategies and plan
- Work collaboratively with our internal (private brands) and external (partner brands) representatives to ensure we jointly plan, present, and represent each brand in the agreed way to drive brand building and deliver key performance measures
- Establish close, productive, and professional relationships with each customer and potential new customers
- Take ownership & drive the implementation of the plans, brilliantly executing each component to deliver mutual and profitable growth
- Relentlessly chase new business opportunities from green field through to established businesses for Force, both within existing customers and with new customers
To be successful in this position you will require the following :
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years previous experience in sales
- High level communication and relationship building skills
- Advanced analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- An ability to successfully multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
- Enjoy working in and as part of multiple teams
- Good computer literacy in MS Office programs

Salary offer is $75-80k + $12k car allowance + super + comms
