Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Department - Occupational Therapy to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee professional governance, coordination, and management of occupational therapy services across all clinical areas including inpatient, outpatient, community, and home visiting programs.

They will provide line management for general occupational therapy staff and professional leadership for staff in mental health under program management.

Additionally, they will coordinate the equipment loan program across Peel and Rockingham.

Contract Details

This is a fixed-term, full-time appointment for 12 months to cover parental leave, with potential for extension or permanency.
