Responsibilities Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal / state requirements.Perform and lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping, and laundry duties across various shifts.Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects.Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.Act as liaison between building occupants / administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.Use protective gear appropriately; ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and safety adherence.Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with all stakeholders.Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentTwo years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisionPositive attitude and effective communication skillsCompliance with COVID-19 vaccination policiesAbility to lift / carry and push / pull up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, bend, walk for extended periodsAbility to perform routine, repetitive tasks and work around food and cleaning productsAbility to follow oral and written instructionsReady to Join Us?
