  • is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients.
  • The role
  • At a glance, you will be required to :

    • Provide and maintain customer service to clients, both nationally and internationally.
    • Processing customer orders
    • Communicating with all departments where required
    • Provide feedback on efficiency of customer service process
    • Determining common flaws and providing suggestions on how to prevent them in the future (Critical Analysis)
    • Previous experience
    • Experience in a customer service or other commercial environment is preferable.
    • Experience working with customers
    • Positive and proactive work attitude
    • Availability to work between 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
    • Pay rate is negotiable and will be based on prior experience.
