Job descriptionDescription Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and product selections. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately and efficiently. Restock shelves, displays, and promotional areas as needed to ensure product availability. Provide product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and participating in inventory counts. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or business is a plus. Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic math skills and experience with cash handling procedures. Job Types Full-time, Permanent
Pay : $23.23 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours : 35 - 40 per week
Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Experience
- Point of Sale (POS) software : 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs : 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service : 3 years (preferred)
- Australia (preferred)
