We are situated at Dee Why Beach, and we're currently in search of a manager who has previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe setting.
The position requires a minimum commitment of five days per week, which includes working on weekends. Our cafe has established systems and processes, along with a highly experienced and cohesive team.
Opening hours at 6am until 2pm
General duties include but not limited to :
- Manage, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
- A good work ethic and team player, reliable, punctual and presentable
- Clear communication and can lead by example
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Manage labour costs through effective rostering
- Barista skills (desired but not essential)
- Be the face of the business at all times and be a leader in providing exceptional customer service
- Address customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve immediately to maintain store reputation Bring your flair and approach
