As a Logistics Analyst at DHL, you'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. • Analysis and reporting of performance - develop automated reporting formats / dashboards
• Maintain and manage the data warehouse
• Proactive Qualitative analysis and business Insights
• Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports
• Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and assist in ensuring customer efficiencies are improved and maximised
• You have the following qualities & qualifications
• Knowledge of a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
• Advanced MS Office, python and tableau and powerBi
• 2+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Superior analytical & problem solving skills
